Our Forest Wedding Fairytale includes everything from accommodation, decoration, and the civil ceremony to a welcome reception with aperitifs, a festive gathering, a wedding banquet, and dessert.

Accommodation
A special room for the newlyweds and accommodation for guests in comfortable double rooms with extra beds at the Forest Hotel Videc***.
Decoration
Decoration of tables and the newlyweds’ table (natural materials), white chair covers, torches on the restaurant terrace, menu cards, and seating plan/guest list.
Civil Ceremony
Held in the forest clearing near the hall, on the restaurant terrace, or indoors. Includes preparation of a wedding arch or pavilion, chairs, high-standing tables, issuance of consent for the civil ceremony at the location, and sparkling wine at the end of the ceremony.
Reception
With aperitifs and refreshments, in front of the hotel, on the terrace, or in the restaurant.

The answer to all questions is – YES.
Reservation Terms
Upon confirmation of the wedding date, a deposit of €500.00 must be paid within 7 days. The reservation is considered final only after the payment has been received.
30 days prior to arrival, an advance invoice must be settled, covering all ordered food services (menu). Beverages are to be paid the day after the event upon room check-out.
Wedding date reservations cannot be cancelled free of charge. In case of cancellation by the client, the following cancellation fees apply:

Up to 30 days before the event – cancellation fee of €500.00

From 30 to 15 days before the event – 100% cancellation fee
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the value of all ordered catering and additional services.
