The apartments are located near the Wellness & Spa Hotel Bolfenk and some of them are directly connected with Wellness House “WellNest”. The luxury apartments can accommodate from 2 to 12 people, and all are equipped with cable LCD TV and WI-FI internet.
STUDIO APARTMENT 2+0 has an external access and is equipped with a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer), a dinning area, cable LCD TV, a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
SUPERIOR APARTMENT 3+1 has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer), a living room with dining area (sofa bed which can become a comfortable bed for 2 people, TV corner with cable LCD TV and a beautiful fireplace), a bedroom with a double bed (or 2 single beds) and extra single bed, a bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet. Special note: apartments with external access are not located in the apartment building what is connected to WellNest and hotel.
DELUX TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT 6+1 has a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer), a living room with dining area (sofa bed which can become a comfortable bed for 2 people, TV corner with cable LCD TV and a beautiful fireplace), one bedroom with double bed (or 2 single beds) and an extra bed, the other bedroom with three single beds, two bathrooms with shower or bathtub, toilet.
PREMIUM APARTMENT 6+2: the spacious apartment is equipped with a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, refrigerator with freezer), living room with dining room (sofa that extends into a comfortable a bed for one adult or two children, a TV corner with a wonderful fireplace), a bedroom with a double bed (or two separate beds) and an extra bed, another bedroom with three beds, two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and a toilet. The apartment has a balcony and is located in an apartment building with an elevator.
PREMIUM APARTMENT 10+2: the spacious premium apartment covers two floors. It is equipped with a kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, fridge with freezer), living room with dining room (sofa that expands into a comfortable bed for two, TV corner with with a wonderful fireplace), a bedroom with a double bed (or two separate beds) and an extra bed, another bedroom with three beds, two bathrooms with a shower or bathtub and a toilet. On the upper floor, there is an additional bedroom with two separate beds and a large sofa (which expands into a comfortable bed for 2 people), an additional bathroom with shower and toilet, and a spacious Finnish sauna with a rest area and shower.

Apartment guests can use the services of the Wellness House »WellNest«, which is spread over two floors.
On the first floor, there are a heated pool with natural energy water and a whirlpool with massage effect (34 °C). The entrance is included in the price.
On the second floor, there is a Sauna World with five saunas (Finnish sauna, chromotherapy sauna, Turkish steam bath, aroma steam bath and hammam sauna), an ice cave, a cooling Kneipp and a massage pool. Use of the Sauna World is possible with additional charge and prior notification at reception.
The apartment house also has a ski storage and bike room, as well as well-maintained public car park nearby.
SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: suitable location for hiking, cycling, the ski resort in winter, sauna, SPA and wellness treatments, children’s playground.
PETS: They are allowed with a surcharge of 20.00 € / day.
